- The thermador Appliance Service Plan is a protection plan used to cover the cost of parts and labor should an unexpected mechanical or electrical breakdown occur with your appliance after the manufacturer's factory warranty has expired. The plan also covers a breakdown experienced during normal wear and tear*.

- Laundry cleaning service up to $50 for your washer or dryer services if your Covered Product is out for service for more than seven (7) consecutive days*

If you'd like to cancel your plan within four months from the purchase date, please call us at (877) 541-2233; If you'd like to cancel after four months, please contact the Administrator at The Administrator can also be contacted for cancellation at any time.
FlexPay is a partial payment option available for debit or credit card purchases. A partial payment plan is defined as a plan that is not paid in full at the time of the initial purchase. FlexPay is available for qualified items only. Your final cost will include a $4.00 admin fee, applicable taxes and surcharges. The selection of FlexPay as a payment option must be made at the time of purchase. FlexPay payments must be received by the scheduled date or your Appliance Service Plan will be suspended until payment is received. The payment schedule will be provided to you at the time of the initial purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that your method of payment (credit or debit card) is valid for each scheduled payment.
Should you fail to resolve a payment issue, we will pro-rate your coverage based on the amount you have already paid and we will send you a notice and provide you with the date upon which your coverage will expire. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions on this website for further information.
The thermador Appliance Service Plan is transferable by the original purchaser for the balance of the original extended protection period. The Covered Product may be registered by mailing information to the Administrator at:
